A personal welcome from your guide

Hello! I’m Csilla Laszlo, the founder of Oxford Explorers. I am a historian and history teacher, and I’ve lived and worked in Oxford for over 15 years. I have a deep love for its stories, architecture, and hidden gems.

My goal is to give every guest a tour that’s memorable, informative, entertaining, and fun – just like Oxford itself. In addition, I offer tours focusing on Tolkien’s connection to Oxford and family tours.

Important Note on College Access

Please note: Most tours include a visit inside an Oxford college. However, college access is always subject to availability on the day, as colleges are working academic institutions and may close at short notice. We’ll always aim to include a college visit whenever possible, and alternatives will be provided if needed.
